1. Custom-Made Product Policy

All products on Aevumpet are custom-made according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. As these products are handmade, it is impossible to make them perfect, and they cannot be 100% identical.

2. Non-Returnable Items

· Customized Products: All custom-made products, including personalized items, special sizes, and bespoke designs, cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in the creation and shipping of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

· Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item.

· Resolution: We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or full refund. We will also cover the shipping cost for returning damaged or defective items.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
